How to Get Help With Your Data Recovery 

Depending on the cause for the data loss, recovering the data can be a difficult task. In most cases you will be able to recover your data with GetDataBack just by selecting the right drive or partition and clicking Next, Next, Next... through the three steps of the recovery process.  

However, it can happen that the results of the recovery are not satisfying and you cannot see the files you are trying to recover, or when you open them they are not useable.  

If this happens, don't throw away the software or the recovery you performed with it! You just probably have to choose another file system in Step 2 of the recovery, or choose the physical drive instead of the logical.
